Ordering
Once an item is purchased we shall email you to confirm that the item is in stock. Once the item is shipped we shall email you again to confirm this. In the unlikely event that an item is not available we will contact you and refund.
Price Changes
There is no minimum order and no VAT applied to any orders. We reserve the right to alter our prices although no prices will be changed to orders already waiting to be shipped.
Faulty Items
If you have any fault with the products you purchased, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
